Punx Picnic benefit cancelled

Unfortunately the Sunday gig at the North London Punx Picnic, which was to have been a benefit for the antifascist prisoners, has been cancelled. The gig was due to take place this coming Sunday (14th August) in Tottenham, but the promoters felt that the current unrest could have been a threat to the venue. All is not lost though. There is a punk benefit CD – Prisoner of War – proceeds of which are to be shared with the antifascist prisoners. You can pick up one here. You can pay what you want, but the more you pay the more money goes to the prisoners.
